I am Janice Kuz, owner of The Nines Emporium and a Maroochydore hospitality life-er with over 20 years in the industry. Crafting these menus has been one of my favourite tools for keeping our community excited since we opened almost a decade ago.

We use our specials to showcase the absolute best of what is in season on the Sunshine Coast. Using seasonal ingredients is about flavour, sustainability, and supporting the local vibe.
