I'm Janice Kuz, owner of The Nines Emporium. For almost 10 years, we've been shaking up the local scene with our Melbourne-inspired approach to breakfast and brunch. With over 20 years in hospitality, my passion is to create a cafe that's truly special, and I'm here to give you an inside look at what makes The Nines tick.

But we don't just do coffee; we do your new favourite coffee. Our Loaded Shakes are decadent, over-the-top creations that are a treat for your taste buds and your camera roll. We also love to keep things fresh with creative monthly specials, like our past Ube Taro Cold Foam or Iced Matcha Taro, so there's always something new to try.
